For more than eight decades, Highland Growers LLC has been more than just a fertilizer supplier — we’ve been a trusted partner in helping farmers, ranchers, and landowners grow smarter and stronger. Rooted in DeRidder, Louisiana, and still family-owned after five generations, we’ve built a legacy on local knowledge, honest service, and custom solutions designed to meet the unique needs of every customer we serve.


From the very beginning in 1939 to today’s high-tech fertilizer blending and application systems, our commitment remains the same: helping you succeed, season after season.

Our Story: From Humble Beginnings to Regional Leader

Highland Growers began as a small, community-focused supplier, supporting family farms and ranches across Beauregard Parish and the surrounding region. As agriculture evolved, so did we — embracing new tools, expanding our services, and staying ahead of modern farming needs without ever losing the personal touch we’re known for.


Today, we continue to operate from our original roots in DeRidder, but now serve a much broader region throughout Southwest Louisiana and East Texas, supplying everything from custom-blended fertilizer to wildlife food plot seed, soil testing, lawn and garden chemicals, and more.


What hasn’t changed? Our deep connection to the land, our community, and our customers.
